Over the course of two years, Taylor partnered with Central Oregon LandWatch to create The Faces of Skyline Forest, a heartfelt ad campaign rooted in conservation and community. He and his team interviewed a wide range of voices, from professional athletes and business owners to high achieving middle school students and Native American tribal elders. Each interview was conducted with care, sensitivity, and professionalism, honoring the stories and perspectives shared. Along the way, they captured b-roll across all seasons, building a visual archive that reflects the beauty and importance of this threatened landscape. Later, he combined each of the seven ads to form one short documentary film which was unveiled at a local screening and submitted to the film festival circuit as an effort to help protect Skyline Forest by showing exactly what is at stake.

The Faces of Skyline Forest is a cinematic short film blending stunning aerial footage, immersive 3D animations, and seven powerful interviews to tell the story of a 33,000-acre forest on the edge of change. From the treetops to the trailheads, the film weaves together voices of athletes, business owners, students, and tribal elders into a single, unified narrative, revealing what this land means to the people who call it home. Visually rich and emotionally grounded, Faces of Skyline Forest is both a love letter to public land and a call to protect it before it’s gone.
